At Customsneakers, we want you to be fully satisfied with your unique footwear, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that fully customized, one-of-a-kind designs are eligible for exchange or store credit only to ensure the highest quality standards.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the sneakers in their original box and secure them inside a shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned sneakers, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
